Introduction Architecture
Holiday Home
The assignment of Introduction Architecture was brought to us by a "bierviltje", on which a small sketch was made of a holiday home. From out of this sketch it was free for our own imagination to design a holiday home of it.
The beer filt was as shown in the picture below. It consisted out of two separated living parts, the upper part was for the living, the lower part for the hobby's etc. these were separated by a terras.
The final design is a beige building located at a lake surrounded by a forest. The entrance is from the lake and from the side. The stairs are located at the back of the building. The building consist of three rectangles stapled on each other with a small difference in the radius.
